Roles and Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of leads generated through cold calling, social media, and other channels to drive revenue growth. Develop strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and renew contracts. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Success, Customer Support) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers' needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or similar role in SaaS industry. MBA/PGDM degree from Tier I institutes like IIM/ISB/FMS/NIT/XLRI/Symbiosis/JBIMS/NMIMS etc. . Strong understanding of fintech/payments domain preferred but not mandatory.
