Role & responsibilities 1) Preparation of offers, excel sheets based on instructions from our team members 2) Follow-up with CSD team to get all customer oriented activities get done such as follow up for Proforma invoices preparation, follow-up for delivery dates, co-ordination with CSD team to line-up of day-to-day dispatches 3) Customer interactions to provide them an information w.r.t. all above mentioned customer-satisfaction related updates 3) Follow-up with planning to know the current status of orders 4) Follow-up with Cost estimation team to get the costs on time. 5) Salesforce entries on daily / weekly basis 6) Any other activities based on teams requirements Preferred candidate profile Pro Active good planner Good in Ms Office works & Presentations Perks and benefits Please note this is on Contract job which is renewed annually.
