What You’ll DoAs an Inside Sales Executive, you will:Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce AAKIT's SAP services.Learn to identify prospects and qualify leads across industries like Manufacturing, Pharma, Real Estate, and more.Support the sales and business development team in outreach campaigns Understand and share information about SAP S/4HANA cloud and other technologiesMaintain accurate lead and communication logs using CRM tools.Participate in research activities to gather company information and contact details.Build confidence in speaking with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Leads). What We’re Looking ForRecent graduates (Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field).No prior experience required; just a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt quickly.Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with fluency in Hindi and MarathiStrong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections confidently, and drive conversations toward conversion.Strong digital proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies.A self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude, curiosity to learn, and a strong drive to build a career in tech sales Bonus (Nice to Have)Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRMs (like Zoho/Salesforce), or research tools (Lusha, Probe42).Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is valued; prior work experience in outbound calling roles such as BPO or telesales is a strong advantage.
