Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in cold calling and selling services. The role involves reaching out to MSME businesses, educating them about the MSME Consulting programs, and scheduling visits for the Business Development team Experience : 2+ years in cold calling, tele-sales, or service sales Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling & Qualifying Leads Conduct outbound cold calls to MSMEs and introduce them to the ZED and MCLS Lean schemes. Explain the benefits and process of availing these schemes and address initial queries. Qualify leads based on interest and eligibility. Schedule appointments for the Business Development Executive to visit and close deals. Maintain an updated CRM database of leads, call logs, and scheduled visits. Follow up with MSMEs to confirm appointments and handle objections. Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment scheduling targets. Requirements Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or any related field. A Diploma in Sales/Marketing or an MBA (Sales & Marketing) is a plus. 2+ years of experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or inside sales, preferably in B2B sales. Experience in selling services / schemes / or consulting solutions is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and email communication. Self-motivated and target-driven individual
