Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales (Business Development / Career Development) Location: Mumbai Work Mode: On-site Working Days: Monday to Saturday Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Dress Code: Monday to Friday: Business Formals Saturday: Smart Casuals Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales team. The primary responsibility is to connect daily with working professionals and guide them toward upskilling opportunities through our UG/PG programs. Key Responsibilities: Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals daily from the leads/database available on LeadSquared CRM. Identify the need for upskilling based on the candidate's area of interest to ensure higher conversion rates. Provide detailed information about available programs through phone calls, video counseling, or in-person meetings. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students by effective communication and follow-ups. Achieve daily deliverables along with weekly and monthly enrollment targets. Manage the complete sales cycle from cold-calling to final enrollment closures. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM on a daily basis. Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or counseling roles will be an added advantage. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive relationship with prospects.
