Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales (Business Development / Career Development) Location: Mumbai Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Dress Code: Monday to Friday: Business Formals Saturday: Smart Casuals Job Description: We are looking for a driven and passionate Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and have a passion for career development and education. Key Responsibilities: Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals daily using the database/leads on LeadSquared CRM . Identify the need for upskilling based on the individual's area of interest to improve conversion rates. Provide detailed program information via phone calls, video counseling , or in-person meetings . Build a pipeline of potential students by maintaining consistent communication and follow-ups. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets . Handle the complete end-to-end sales cycle , from cold calling to closing admissions. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets. Ability to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Familiarity with sales CRMs (preferably LeadSquared). A proactive approach to building client relationships and maintaining student engagement.
