Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – UG/PG Courses Hindi is mandatory Age Criteria - 30 years Freshers can also apply Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Cold Calling Initiate outbound calls to potential students and parents from provided or self-sourced databases. Identify and qualify leads interested in UG/PG academic programs (domestic or international). Explain course offerings, admission criteria, application process, and benefits effectively. 2. Counselling and Information Sharing Understand student needs and guide them towards suitable programs based on academic background, interests, and career goals. Share accurate information about course curriculum, duration, tuition fees, scholarships, etc. Address objections and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Sales Conversion Follow a consultative sales approach to convert leads into admissions. Maintain a healthy conversion rate by nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Guide prospects through the application and admission process until enrollment. 4. CRM and Database Management Update and manage lead information, call logs, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Track and report daily/weekly sales metrics and lead statuses. 5. Collaboration and Feedback Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to understand campaigns, offers, and program updates. Share feedback from prospects to improve sales scripts and marketing strategies. 6. Target Achievement Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales and call targets. Demonstrate resilience and motivation to perform in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. 7. Professional Communication Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions. Use persuasive communication skills to handle rejections and objections effectively.
