The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve processes. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
