Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive / Senior Executive to join our sales team. As the first point of contact for students and parents, you will play a pivotal role in helping them understand how Infinity Learn can enhance their academic journey from Grades 6 to 12+. This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Conversion: Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to prospective students and their parents to drive enrollments and meet sales targets. Client Consultation: Understand customer needs, handle objections, and guide them toward the right product solutions. Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with students and parents to foster long-term engagement. Product Expertise: Clearly communicate the value and benefits of Infinity Learn’s products and services. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline, track conversions, and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the K–12 EdTech or Test Prep segment. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree is required.
