Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media. Sales Outreach โ€“ Engage with leads, present product/service offerings, and convert them into customers. Follow-ups & Relationship Building โ€“ Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and build strong customer relationships. CRM Management โ€“ Update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system. Target Achievement โ€“ Work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals. Market Research โ€“ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Collaboration โ€“ Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to improve sales strategies. Requirements: Strong communication and persuasive skills. Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation is a plus. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Salary + Incentives
