Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality sales leads for the business. Work to KPIs set by management, including lead numbers, demo targets, lead conversion ratios, and sales goals. Set appointments for sales teams to meet with potential customers. Conduct cold calls to System Integration partners and end customers. Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to identify new business opportunities. Follow up on sales inquiries from customers. Provide account management support for existing customers when required. Manage general sales administration tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns and boost lead generation efforts. Key Skills & Qualifications: Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of achieving KPIs. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior executives. Highly driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed. Previous experience in an inside sales role within a similar business environment. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced IT industry environment.
