Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive (Student Counsellor) to guide students in choosing the right IT courses. The role involves understanding student requirements, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Guide prospective students on IT courses, career paths, and training programs based on their interests and career goals. Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads (calls, emails, WhatsApp) and convert them into course enrollments. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of IT courses (e.g., Full Stack Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, etc.). CRM Management: Update and track leads in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work with trainers and marketing teams to enhance student engagement. Market Insights: Provide feedback to improve course offerings based on student inquiries. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). 0-3 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and handle objections professionally. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and student career growth. Basic knowledge of IT courses and industry trends (preferred).
