Role & responsibilities Work Role: Identify and approach potential clients (cold calling, leads, walk-ins). Promote and explain Kayalas Academys courses and benefits. Handle inquiries and follow up with leads. Convert prospects into enrolments. Maintain client relationships for upselling and referrals. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams. Daily/Weekly Tasks: 150β200 calls/day to prospects. 3β5 webinars or scheduled consultations. Regular reporting of leads and closures. Targets: Monthly Enrolment Target: Typically, 15β30 student enrolments/month (may vary by product/course). Revenue Target: 3β5 lakhs/month, depending on pricing and commission structure. Follow-up Efficiency: Convert at least 10β20% of qualified leads.
