About Kids Age Newspaper: Kids Age is a unique, activity-based educational newspaper designed specifically for students from Kindergarten to Class VIII. We use engaging formats like stories, puzzles, and creative technologies such as Solar Active, Rub & Reveal, Wet & Reveal, Glow-in-the-Dark, and 3D optical effects to make learning exciting. Our content is curriculum-mapped and tailored to support and enhance classroom learning for Indian school students. Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for education to join our team in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: Generate revenue through phone calls, email, and social media marketing. Engage with school principals and teachers to introduce and promote our educational products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools. Raise awareness about Kids Age in the education sector to drive sales and revenue growth. Develop a strong sales pipeline using telesales and email outreach strategies. Handle customer inquiries and process orders efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into clients. Acquire new clients and ensure high retention rates. Foster a collaborative team environment. Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and reports. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Tamil . Proficient in MS Office, email etiquette, and online research. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
