Job Description

Inbound Outbound Sales : Manage incoming leads and proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels. Cold Calling Prospecting : Initiate conversations with potential clients to introduce our products/services and qualify leads. LinkedIn Sales Navigator : Use LinkedIn to research, connect, and engage with prospects. Email Outreach Follow-ups : Craft compelling emails to engage prospects and schedule meetings. Appointment Setting : Book meetings and demos for the sales team with key decision-makers. Lead Nurturing : Maintain relationships with potential customers and ensure consistent follow-ups. CRM Management : Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system. Sales Reporting : Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights on lead conversion rates. Key Skills Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience with cold calling and outbound sales (preferred but not mandatory for freshers) Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred) Strong email writing skills and professional etiquette Quick learner with a proactive, go-getter attitude Ability to work independently and meet targets Energetic, smart, and goal-oriented Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) 0-1 year of experience in inside sales or a related role (freshers are welcome) Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
