Job Description We are hiring 10 dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our offline team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur . The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client interaction, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, tech-enabled recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads and convert them into potential clients. Pitch Tallento.ai’s recruitment services and subscription plans to schools, colleges, and coaching institutes. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing leads. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain relationships with HRs, principals, and decision-makers in the education sector. Maintain CRM entries and report daily progress to the Sales Manager. Who Can Apply Experience: 0–10 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B Sales (EdTech or Recruitment preferred). Education: Any graduate/undergraduate with good communication skills. Location: Must be ready to work from the Jaipur (Vaishali Nagar) office .
