We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and result-driven Inside Sales Executive who is proficient in Indirect Sales and CRM tools to drive customer acquisition, enhance salon partnerships, and ensure smooth business operations. Role Overview: As an Inside Sales & Indirect Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding partner salons, driving revenue growth, and leveraging CRM tools for customer relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in increasing salon sign-ups and optimizing customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inside Sales & Lead Generation Proactively identify and reach out to potential salon partners via calls, emails, and LinkedIn . Conduct virtual demos of our platform to onboard new salons. Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and exceed acquisition targets. 2. Indirect Sales & Business Development Develop and manage indirect sales strategies , including referrals, channel partnerships, and influencer collaborations . Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers, salon consultants, and industry professionals to drive sales. Build long-term business relationships to expand market reach . 3. CRM & Data-Driven Sales Management Maintain and update leads, sales data, and customer interactions in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) . Track sales performance metrics , analyze trends, and implement data-driven sales strategies . Ensure timely follow-ups, engagement, and conversion tracking . 4. Customer Engagement & Retention Establish strong rapport with salon owners and customers to ensure high engagement . Understand client needs and suggest personalized solutions to boost sales. Implement loyalty programs and referral campaigns for repeat business. 5. Collaboration & Market Expansion Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns. Provide market insights and feedback to improve product offerings . Participate in networking events, trade shows, and salon industry meetups to generate leads. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2 to 6 years in Inside Sales, Indirect Sales, or CRM-driven Sales (preferably in B2B SaaS, Beauty & Wellness, Hospitality, or E-commerce ). CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools . Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi . Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital sales tools, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.
