Role: Inside Sales Executive / Phone Sales Executive (Hindi) Location: Bangalore Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives Experience: 6 months - 4 years (Freshers with excellent HINDI communication skills can apply!) What You’ll Do: Call potential & existing customers to pitch EV products & services Understand customer needs & suggest the right solutions Convert leads into sales & build strong customer relationships Follow up on leads through calls, emails, & messages Maintain & update sales records in CRM software Achieve & exceed sales targets & performance metrics Handle customer queries, objections & concerns effectively Work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies What We’re Looking For: 6 months - 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales Background in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales preferred Strong communication & persuasion skills Ability to handle sales pressure & achieve targets Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office is a plus Fluency in Hindi/English (Regional languages are an advantage) Why Join Us?
