Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, converting leads into sales opportunities. Build, maintain, and update databases for calling and mailing campaigns. Proactively engage with potential customers and follow up regularly with new and existing clients. Collaborate with the team to improve and refine existing products, providing valuable feedback for product enhancements. Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Fitness, Healthcare, Wellness, Sports, or Fitness Wearables industry will be a plus. Education: Bachelors degree is required (MBA is a plus). Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a go-getter attitude and a passion for closing deals. Strong attention to detail, perseverance, and motivation to succeed in a high-growth environment. A proactive approach and ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
