Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Gurugram ( Sec 62) Job Type: 10:00-am- 7:00 pm Salary upto :- 25k-27k Ctc Contact Person :- Diksha Tanwar( 9953988378) Job Overview: The Inside Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue for by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building relationships with prospects through phone, email, and online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business by identifying and prospecting potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms. Qualify inbound leads and follow up on outbound marketing efforts. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and messaging. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues or concerns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service (preferably in [industry/sector]). Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented and self-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field and 12th pass is also egilible . Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales. Knowledge of any field is preferred.
