About the role Role Title: Inside Sales Lead Business: Staffing Department/Function: Marketing Location: Bangalore Reporting: CSO Role: The Inside Sales Lead is responsible for hiring, training, and coaching counsellors, analysing customer care data to improve processes, and ensuring resources are properly allocated. They will prepare metrics and track reports on teams performance, liaise with clients and their SPOCs, and continuously improve operations. The manager also monitors performance, updates management on progress, and ensures adequate lead conversion to closure through team Key Responsibilities: Manage the inside sales team and deliverables (applicable inbound and outbound team members) Set and track sales targets for your team aligned to the overall Qualified targets Set the pace for outbound efforts to ensure faster delivery of qualified leads as well as efficient conversions Ensure the outbound sales teams fix up meetings for the business development Track quality of conversations, lead quality and other metrics to ensure adherence to standards that will lead to attainment of sales goals every quarter Work closely with marketing, sales and other teams Consistently work towards improving team productivity and efficiency Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leading Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict-resolution skills Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees. Decisiveness and attention to detail. Patient & dynamic personality Open to work beyond fixed office time, If required Functional/Technical skills: Business Development Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc. Education & Experience: Graduate/MBA Experience 5 years of hands-on experience Should have handled a team of 5 plus individuals High on learnability quotient
