Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Lead to drive lead generation, sales outreach, and pipeline management in the logistics, supply chain, and technology solutions space. This role will play a pivotal part in identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and aligning our solutions with client needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics industry or SaaS technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry using research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Sales Outreach: Engage potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to qualify leads, understand their challenges, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations. Sales Qualification: Manage inbound lead qualification and outbound lead generation efforts to develop a robust sales pipeline. Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with prospects to understand their logistics challenges and pain points, ensuring our technology solutions (e.g., TMS, WMS, route optimization) meet their business goals. Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-ups. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the logistics and supply chain space to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to ensure seamless communication, customer satisfaction, and a smooth transition from lead to customer onboarding. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and goal achievement to Sales Management. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 4+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS technology sales is preferred. Experience selling to logistics managers, supply chain directors, or IT teams is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries is a significant advantage. Familiarity with logistics technology solutions (e.g., route optimization, fleet management, TMS, WMS, DMS) is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and prospecting abilities. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions. Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset. Effective collaboration with marketing and field sales teams.
