Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the inside sales team , setting clear performance expectations and providing regular coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement both tactical & strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals and quotas. Drive a high-performance sales culture by motivating the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective leadership, support, and training. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and adjustments to strategies to optimize results. Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through the inside sales team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales goals. Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders, including Product Development, Customer Success, and Finance, to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge, market trends, and best practices. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and continuous improvement. Utilize CRM tools and systems to manage sales activities, track progress, and generate accurate reports for senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Directly manage key accounts and handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Graduate/Post-graduate from a reputed institution. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role leading an inside sales team. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas in a competitive, target-driven environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Experience in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools to manage and analyze sales performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the technology/software solutions industry, is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
