Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and online channels. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and online research. Prospect Qualification: Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential as qualified prospects. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers via phone, web conferencing, and email. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers. Closing Sales: Effectively close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. CRM Management: Accurately record and update all sales activities in the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to achieve company goals. Qualifications: Experience: 0-1 years of experience in inside sales Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM, PPT and Excel Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
