Job Summary: We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with 4* - 6 years* of experience in Cybersecurity product or solutions sales. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, along with exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented. Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products. Skills & Qualifications: 4 - 6 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on Cybersecurity solutions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and build long-term relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions. Results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Educational Qualification: MBA (Preferred) We are specifically looking for Female Candidates based in Delhi.
