We are looking for a proactive Sr. Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves customer communication, lead generation, telesales, and supporting the sales team with demonstrations and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, be confident, and have a professional demeanour. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and communicate product benefits. Assist customers with inquiries and provide product demonstrations. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales. Support the sales team with quotes, demos, and necessary documentation. Maintain customer information and track interactions in CRM tools. Help achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Customer service-focused with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer support is a plus (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
