Role & responsibilities Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and position our Cybersecurity and Cloud solutions effectively. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations remotely to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and qualification. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and opportunities. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in Inside Sales or similar role, preferably in the Cybersecurity or Cloud services industry. Strong understanding of Cybersecurity products and Cloud technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone and through virtual meetings. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
