Job Description

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify leads generated through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, emails, and other channels. Build & maintain rapport with the audio-video & IT partners\/dealers in the assigned terriotory. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects pain points, goals, and challenges. Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to potential customers. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape. Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanor. Strong listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs and objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools. Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome obstacles. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
