Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services. Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries, complaints, or support requests. Understand customer needs and align sales person. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with customers for feedback and further assistance. Weekly Review on call and conversion targets.
