Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating, prospecting and qualifying leads. Driving qualified leads of our VMS solutions for further discussion. You will work closely with the onsite sales teams to generate demand and establish long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach and using tools like LinkedIn sales navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha etc. Qualify Outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Schedule product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients with concerned team. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools. Understand client pain points and provide tailored solutions with our VMS platform. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or procurement software, ERP, CRM, Cloud(SaaS, PaaS, etc). Experience selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, LMS, Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior experience selling to the USA market is preferred.
