Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Associates / Admission Counselors for Mid Shift or Night Shift who are driven by targets and passionate about helping students achieve their career goals. In this role, you will guide learners through the admission process for Tutoracs Job Assistance Programs, focusing on IT courses . Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the admission process. Achieve admission targets set for each program by converting leads into enrolled learners. Provide detailed information about our Programs, including course structure, fees, and benefits. Follow up with leads , answer queries, and provide personalized recommendations based on the learner's interests and career goals. Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups in our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and improve the admissions process. Work closely with learners to ensure enrolment success by helping them choose the right course based on their needs. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science. Bench Sales Experience is a plus. Knowledge of IT and software is must. Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Strong target orientation and ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment. Fluent in English and Telugu . Ready to work in Mid/Night Shifts as required.
