Job ID : SO-001 Location : Mumbai Primary Responsibilities Lead Tracking Management Efficiently track, organize, and manage all sales leads to ensure no opportunities are missed. Documentation Sales Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data and ensure seamless documentation for internal processes. Lead Generation Prospecting Identify potential customers and generate leads through creative strategies to fuel business growth. Internal Liaising with Departments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks. MIS Compliance Tracking Monitor and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) while ensuring adherence to internal compliance standards. Secondary Responsibilities Customer Follow-Up Engage with existing customers through cold follow-ups to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities. Cold Calling Reach out to potential clients through effective and persuasive communication strategies. Partner Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to drive mutual success. New Customer Onboarding Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, setting them up for long-term satisfaction and success.
