Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate new leads Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and online research Qualify leads based on target criteria and hand over qualified leads to the sales team Qualify prospects leads based on defined criteria such as industry, job role, business need, and buying readiness. Coordinate and schedule product demos, discovery calls, or follow-up meetings with the sales team Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and interaction history Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients using the CRM system Follow up with leads through regular communication Regularly follow up with warm and cold leads to maintain engagement and move them along the sales funnel Assist the sales team with campaign planning and lead nurturing strategies Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively pitch offerings Participate in internal sales training programs and actively contribute to knowledge sharing sessions Gather feedback from prospects and relay insights to the marketing and product teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
