Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated B2B Lead Generation & Customer Engagement Executive who will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients through cold calls, emails, and initial customer interactions. Based in Ahmedabad, you will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound customer engagements and play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth lead transitions to our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients across various sectors Create and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects Use tools like LinkedIn, industry directories, and CRM to build contact lists Cold Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls and send introductory emails to generate interest Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers professionally Customer Interaction: Conduct first-level discussions to understand customer needs Qualify leads based on defined criteria and gather essential information Introduce the company, offerings, and send relevant marketing materials Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with prospects through emails, newsletters, or updates Build rapport and stay in touch with leads until they are sales-qualified Coordination with Sales Team: Pass on qualified leads to the sales team with detailed notes and context Ensure smooth handover and follow-through with internal teams Reporting & Documentation: Maintain lead tracking and activity logs in the CRM Share weekly progress and insights with the management Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Comfortable with cold calling and initial sales conversations Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and email marketing tools Prior experience in B2B/Inside Sales/Telecalling is a plus What We Offer: A supportive work environment with a focus on sustainability and impact Opportunities for growth within a fast-paced and purpose-driven organization Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Show more Show less
