Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to visitors, students, and staff. 2. Sales and Enquiries: Handle sales enquiries, provide information about courses and programs, and convert leads into admissions. 3. Course Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about courses, programs, and services offered by the institute. 4. Student Counselling: Counsel prospective students and parents about course selection, career options, and institute facilities. 5. Admission Process: Guide students through the admission process, ensuring all necessary documents and fees are collected. 6. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student data, admissions, and sales activities. 7. Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner. 8. Marketing Support: Assist in marketing activities, such as events, campaigns, and promotions. 9. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and visitors. 10. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management. Preferred candidate profile 1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Sales and Marketing: Proven sales and marketing skills, with experience in education sales. 3. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on student satisfaction. 4. Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools. 6. Interpersonal: Ability to work with diverse groups, including students, parents, and staff. 7. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to handle complex situations. Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Education, or related field. 2. Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in education or related industry. 3. Customer Service: Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on student satisfaction. Performance Metrics 1. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for student admissions. 2. Conversion Rates: Achieve high conversion rates from leads to admissions. 3. Student Satisfaction: Maintain high student satisfaction ratings through excellent customer service. 4. Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of student data and sales activities.
