Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Instructional Designer located in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, managing learning programs, and developing curricula. Key responsibilities include creating training content, utilizing learning management systems, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure effective learning outcomes. Qualifications Skills in Needs Analysis and Instructional DesignExperience in Training & Development and Learning ManagementExpertise in Curriculum DevelopmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related fieldExperience in e-learning development is a plus
