Job Description

Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the project manager around scope and solution. Create design solutions and instructional design approaches. Write instructional content, learning objectives, and training plan. Write storyboards in Word, PPT, and other tools and create the visual design, UI, and functionality specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for solution development. Write assessments. Write engaging instructional activities for ILTs and e-Learning. Develop training materials such as instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, job aids, and self-study materials. Visualize and suggest instructional graphics. Collaborate with SMEs and team members to achieve project goals and develop training. Develop learning deliverables in line with the project scope using common authoring tools and templates. Add graphics, audio, and video files to Storyline and other authoring tools. Review the content, identify instructional and language errors, and fix them. Ensure timely deliveries. MS Office Articulate Storyline 3 Knowledge of other development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Prezi, Camtasia, Articulate Presenter, and Lectora would be an advantage.
