Job Title : Instrumentation and Control - Business Development Head Education : BE in Instrumentation and Control Experience : 10 Years and above Experience Salary : Pay: ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,25,000 Per Month Job Location : Sai Chowk, Pashan, Pune Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy : Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives in the instrumentation and control industry. 2. Lead Sales Team : Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service. 3. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners in the industry. 4. Identify New Business Opportunities : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion in the instrumentation and control market. 5. Sales Forecasting and Planning : Develop sales forecasts and plans to meet business objectives and provide insights to senior management.
