Service Engineer Qualification- ITI instrumentation/ Diploma Instrumentation /B.E Instrumetation Experience- 1yr-2yr Work Experience 1. Knowledge of handling control panels, reading wiring diagrams and understanding control logic. 2.. Knowledge of Motors, troubleshooting motor faults., Heaters, protection devices 3. PLC wiring and IO loop testing / troubleshooting 4. Knowledge and use of sensors, PID Controllers, panel instruments. 5. Hands on experience in Use of drill machines, spanners, wrenches, and general mechanical tools, measuring instruments. 6. Parameter settings on VFDs, Controllers, HMI , panel instruments. 7. Understanding of instrumentation P&ID diagrams, knowledge of sizes and working experience on pipe fittings, tubing, adaptors, pressure relief valves, ball valves. 8. Troubleshooting and maintaining Pneumatic and hydraulic circuits 9. Troubleshooting high pressure systems/ lines, attend leakages 10. Repairs and maintenance of valves, mechanical parts 11. Assembly and Disassembly of machine parts for overhaul/ cleaning. 12. Replacement of panel parts and testing panels as per functionalities, interlocks. 13. Wire termination, cable laying and soldering wires/connectors/parts. 14. Installing PC applications, configuration, Using PC hardware, 15. Uploading PLC and HMI program thru PC application 16. Calibration of PID controllers/ Indicators and sensors. 17. Installation / service visits to local and out stationed sites catering All India Customer Base. Job responsibilities 1. Providing technical support remotely via phone/videocalls. 2. Email / Phone communication with customers in English wherever necessary 3. Submitting daily reports on site visits 4.. Ontime completion of inhouse service tasks and visits 5. Maintaining clear and prompt line of communication with customers 6. Generating parts/ AMC / new requirements 7. Maintain office discipline w.r.t. attendance/attire/ safety gear About Company M/s. Amar Equipments Pvt.
