Role & responsibilities Implement and support Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing plants. Work on PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems for automation and process optimization. Configure and manage OPC servers for seamless data communication between industrial equipment and IT systems. Handle OSI PI Historian for real-time data collection, analysis, and visualization. Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of field instrumentation and control systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for OT-IT integration and digital transformation projects. Support predictive maintenance and analytics-driven decision-making through industrial data collection. Ensure cybersecurity best practices in OT environments. Develop dashboards and reports for monitoring key manufacturing KPIs. Provide technical support and training to plant teams on automation and digitalization initiatives Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering fields. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, control systems, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Proficiency in PLC programming, DCS configuration, and SCADA system development. Experience with OPC communication protocols and OSI PI Historian. Strong understanding of field instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and industrial networking. Exposure to IT-OT integration and industrial cybersecurity practices.
