Job Summary: As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications, from designing user interfaces to implementing server-side logic and databases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience across various devices and browsers. Implement and maintain web accessibility standards. Back-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and RESTful APIs using server-side technologies such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python, or Java. Manage data storage, retrieval, and manipulation using databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or others. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability. Application Architecture: Architect and design the overall structure of the web application, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and scalability. Collaborate with system architects to integrate with other services and technologies. Version Control and Collaboration: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate effectively with other developers. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices to protect against common web application vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF, SQL injection). Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) when handling sensitive user data. Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture. Create user guides and technical documentation as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including popular frameworks and libraries. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Mobile app development experience (iOS, Android).
