Job Description

Analyze client needs and financial situations to understand their insurance requirements. Provide advice on the best hospital insurance policies and help clients choose suitable options. Assist clients with the claim process, including filing claims, providing necessary documentation, and following up on claim status. Regularly review client policies to ensure they remain suitable and meet their changing needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building strong client relationships. Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and policies to ensure compliance. Generate new leads and sell hospital insurance policies to individuals and businesses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information. Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., billing, Accounts) to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of hospital insurance plans, policies, and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain policies and address client inquiries. Ability to analyze client needs, assess risk, and find solutions to insurance-related issues. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow up on claims efficiently. Careful attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry, policy processing, and claim management. Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in using relevant software tools and online systems.
