Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance products. This role involves direct sales, client relationship management, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify prospective customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.). Deliver product presentations and explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis. Assist clients with the proposal, documentation, and claim processes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches. Qualifications: Minimum 10+2 / Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Fresher or up to 2 years of sales experience (insurance or related field preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Key Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Good presentation and listening abilities. Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
