Role: Insurance Telecaller Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to introduce insurance products and services. Product Explanation: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and coverage of insurance policies to clients . Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and follow up on them to convert into sales . Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction . Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads
