Responsibilities:Able to handle HR operations for 100+ staff spread over pan IndiaRecruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goalsEnsure compliance with legal requirements and industry standardsCollaborate with senior management to drive HR initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-makingFoster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retentionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; regular MBA from a reputed college / university.Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a service industry setting.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, Statutory and regulatory requirementsExperience with HRIS and other relevant HR tools/softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamWillingness to travel as requiredLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaAge: in between 23 to 35.
