Integration Engineer

Key requirements for the position: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Significant experience in integration engineering roles. Proven leadership experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions. In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, middleware, and best practices. Strong programming skills in languages such as Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or others commonly used in integration. Experience with API design, RESTful APIs, and other integration protocols. Strong knowledge of Azure cloud technologies and Terraform IaC Knowledge of data integration patterns and ETL processes is important for effectively moving and transforming data between different systems. Job Description: This role involves leading integration projects, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of integration strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing integration strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee and lead complex integration projects from conception to completion. Architect and design scalable and robust integration solutions, considering long-term system sustainability and flexibility. Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration strategies with overall IT architecture. Mentor and guide junior integration engineers, providing technical expertise, best practices, and constructive feedback. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs for the integration team. Establish and enforce integration governance policies, standards, and best practices.
