Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide expert care for critically ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, interpreting lab results, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists, to develop comprehensive patient care plans. Lead and supervise the ICU team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that care protocols are followed. Conduct rounds and provide education and guidance to medical residents and staff. Manage life-support equipment and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient progress. Communicate effectively with patients families, offering updates and discussing prognosis in a clear and compassionate manner. Stay current on the latest medical advancements and critical care protocols.
