Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior / Senior Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience and a strong proficiency in architectural software, contributing to a variety of exciting projects. Software Skills: 1. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. 2. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). 3. Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Microsoft Office. 4. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods. 5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. 6. Work Style: Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Certifications: LEED AP or WELL AP certification is a plus. 2. 3D Visualization: Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Rhino, V-Ray). 3. Sustainability Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices. Experience in Commercial Buildings, Building rules and regulations, Construction, Liaison Architect
