Job Title: Senior / Junior Architect Company: [Your Company Name] – Architecture & Interior Design Location: Chembur, Navi Mumbai Industry: Architecture, Interior Design, Commercial Fit-Outs Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and skilled Senior and Junior Architects to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be involved in all stages of design and execution of large-scale commercial interior and architectural projects (minimum 20,000 sq. ft. for interiors and full-cycle delivery for architectural projects). Key Responsibilities: Senior Architect: Lead the design and execution of commercial interior and architectural projects from concept to completion. Manage project timelines, client communications, and coordination with consultants and vendors. Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design, quality, and timelines. Review construction drawings, specifications, and material selection. Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Junior Architect: Assist in conceptualization, design development, and presentation preparation. Develop detailed working drawings and 2D layouts. Coordinate with site teams and consultants under the guidance of senior architects. Support project documentation and material selection processes. Participate in client meetings and site visits as required. Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution is mandatory. Experience Requirements: Senior Architect: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience. Proven track record in handling interior fit-out projects of at least 20,000 sq. ft. Experience in full-cycle architectural project execution from concept to building delivery. Junior Architect: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial interior or architectural projects. Exposure to large-scale fit-out or construction projects preferred.
