Interior-Execution Project Incharge cum Sales Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior-Execution Project Incharge cum Sales Executive for an interior design Firm to manage client interactions, support project coordination, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach with good knowledge of Autocad, site supervising etc. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure timely responses to queries or concerns. Schedule meetings and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders. Support billing and vendor coordination, including follow-ups on payments and documentation. Maintain accurate records of design materials, vendor catalogs, samples, and communication logs. Prepare and share reports, presentations, and project status updates using MS Office tools. Provide after-sales support and nurture long-term client relationships. Coordinate with vendors for material availability, deliveries, and updates. Negotiation and deal-closing skills. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of accounting or billing support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client relationship and skills Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently Negotiation and deal-closing skills Understanding of project timelines and vendor coordination processes Must Requirements : Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Good knowledge of materials, vendors, BOQ, and site execution workflows. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project tracking tools. Do the analysis of the site report. Willingness to travel locally for site supervision and client meetings. Should have experience in site handling , Preferred : any showroom experience or site experience working candidates are preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or administrative roles (preferably in interiors, architecture, or related industries) Experience : Minimum 1 year in the relevant field and role.
